The reflexologist acts as a catalyst or facilitator; by stimulating the reflex points on the feet, the blocked energy in these channels may be cleared, enabling the client’s self-healing mechanisms to function more effectively, restoring natural balance and harmony to the body.

 

This relaxing treatment can bring relief to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including anxiety, stress, tension, muscular aches and pains, back and joint pain, circulatory and lymphatic problems and digestive, skin, respiratory, menstrual and hormonal disorders.
